Welcome

This website showcases some of the breads i have adapted to my kitchen and ovens, as well as some breads i have developed myself.  I source all of my flour from local windmills which gives me the best quality and choice. All bread is made from scratch in my little bakery, and is based on yeast or long fermented sourdough.
